Shipping:
We ship within Canada.
You can expect your order to leave our warehouse within 4-7 business days. We offer free shipping on orders above $149 (before taxes; applies to 10 provinces only). There is $35 flat-rate shipping for orders under $149.99 (before taxes; applies to 10 provinces only). We also offer local pickup for those in the Ottawa area (more info on this in the next section). Local Pickup:
We are offering contactless pickup for those in the Ottawa area, free of charge.
Pickup is available only during these times:
Tuesday - Thursday
1:00 – 4:00 PM
Once your order is confirmed and packaged, you will receive an email to set up a time for pickup. Upon arrival you will find your order placed on a table, clearly marked for Northern Drink Cart, in the back of unit 318 (loading dock area) at 318-1228 Old Innes Rd, Ottawa, ON.

We do not have a storefront. Purchases cannot be made in person. Pickups at our Ottawa location are made by appointment only. The standard window between a purchase and local pickup is 2-4 business days. If you are in need of something more quickly, please get in touch at the email above.

We are proud to offer many items that have some bilingual information, and we will continue to work to update bilingual information to our other products. This website is equipped to be viewed in French.

Regarding COVID-19:
At Northern Drink Cart, we are doing our best to protect the safety and health of our associates, families and our communities. As this situation unfolds, we are doing our part in trying to slow down the spread of the virus.
We remain OPEN, but our phone replies may be slightly delayed. We have reduced our onsite staff and have some employees working remotely in our effort to help protect the health of our team. All work-from-home employees are fully equipped with resources to ensure our continued excellent level of customer service.
Our Warehouse remains OPEN, however they are also operating on a reduced schedule to ensure that proper protection and protocols are observed. Please keep this in mind when placing orders, allowing for extra lead time.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS:
What is a PET bottle?
PET, which stands for polyethylene terephthalate, the technical name for polyester. PET does not contain BPA. Like glass, PET is hygienic, strong, does not react with foods or beverages, and will not biologically degrade. Its safety for food and beverage use is recognized by health authorities around the world. But unlike glass, PET is extremely lightweight, simple to transport and won't break, which is why it's preferred for packaging many foods and beverages. PET is recyclable and highly sustainable. 1883 Syrups are offered in both PET bottles and glass bottles. Certain flavors are exclusive to only glass bottles.
