1883 Sampler 3-Pack: Vanilla, Caramel, & Roasted Hazelnut
These beautifully packaged sampler trios have found their way into the Northern Drink Cart for a limited time. Perfect for gifting but also a great way to treat yourself and test out 3 of 1883 Maison Routin's inventive flavors!
All three of these flavors have a great many applications, try them out drizzled on PANCAKES and WAFFLES, in your COFFEE, drizzled on ICE CREAM, or add to a MOCHA or HOT CHOCOLATE for an extra layer of flavor.
If you weren't already sold, we're sharing a recipe for each of these delicious syrups so you have a kick off point for where to incorporate them in your coffee bar, kitchen and drink cart.
VANILLA
1.2 oz. (6ml) Gin, Dry
0.3 oz. (9ml) 1883 Vanilla Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitters
2 oz. (60ml) Tonic Water
2 oz. (60ml) Champagne, Brut
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled glass and lightly stir
Optional Garnish:
Lemon peel or orange slice
CARAMEL
Caramel Macchiato
1oz espresso
1/2 oz (2 pump) 1883 Caramel syrup
6oz whole milk
Instructions:
- Pull the espresso into serving cup.
- Add caramel syrup.
- While espresso is extracting, steam the milk.
- Add steamed milk to the cup, garnish and serve.
Caramel Coffee Martini
2 ounces vodka
1/2 oz (2 pump) 1883 Caramel syrup
1.25 ounces espresso (chilled)
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, 1883 Caramel Syrup, espresso and plenty of ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass & enjoy!
Hazelnut
Rocher Chocolate
1.5 cl 1883 Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
30 cl 1883 Dark Chocolate Sauce
24 cl Steamed milk
2 shots Espresso
Optional Garnish:
Whipped cream
Rocher chocolate
Instructions:
Steam 1883 dark Chocolate Sauce with milk.
Add 1883 Hazelnut syrup and espresso to a 36 cl cup.
Fill with hot chocolate milk.
Stir, garnish with whipped cream and rocher candy.
Serve.
