Order Processing/Shipping time:

Once we receive your order, we strive to process and ship it as soon as possible, most orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. If you have a special case, requiring more urgent shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to make accommodations. 

Cost:

Shipping to the 10 provinces: Free shipping on orders above $99 (before taxes). Orders under $99 (before taxes) will be subject to a $35 flat shipping fee. This fee is subject to change without notice.

Shipping to the 3 territories: All orders will be subject to a $45 flat shipping fee. This fee is subject to change without notice.

Damaged Shipment
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
