Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as when you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- Not applicable to the following brands; Ascaso, Rhino Coffee Gear, Royalbaide, Urnex. For return and refund eligibility on these brands, see below.
To begin a return, please contact us at northerndrinkcart@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back. Please note: items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that for large return orders, we may have to charge a 15% restocking fee, as all items need to be inspected before return approval.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items with a shelf life of less than 4 months or purchased from our Clearance section, cannot be refunded. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item for approval, and then place a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you within 10 days whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in the condition they were delivered (unused, sealed, with all parts and accessories).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your original order date.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items returned used, incorrectly ordered, or not in “new condition” will incur a 20% restocking fee.
