A wholesome and easy breakfast are often two criteria that are hard to meet in a busy morning. Allow us to introduce you to Smartfruit! It is an expertly crafted 100% real fruit and vegetable blend (fruit base/mix). The Bali Temptations Bowl
- 4 Frozen Bananas
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina
- ½ cup Coconut Yogurt
- 3-4 oz Smartfruit Superfruit All-Stars
- Toppings: Bananas, Black Currents, Blackberries, Oreo Cookies, Dragon Fruit and Peanut Butter
Preparation:
1. Add bananas into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend them until nice and creamy.
2. Add in the blue spirulina, Smartfruit, and protein powder if using and blend again to incorporate them.
3. Add toppings.

Banana-Chia Smoothie
- 4 oz Coconut Yogurt
- 4 oz Plant-Based Milk
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seed
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (or Nutmeg)
- 1 cup Crushed Ice (optional)
- 4 oz Smartfruit Sunny Banana
- 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder.
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a blender jar and blend until smooth.
Cherry Berry Bowl
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- ½ cup Fresh Black Cherries
- 3-4 oz Chilled or Coconut Water
- 4 oz Smartfruit Blooming Berry (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries + Antioxidants)
- Toppings: Fresh Cherries, Almonds, Toasted Coconut Flakes and Cacao Nibs
Preparation:
1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into a deep bowl.
3. Add toppings.
Garden Greens Smoothie Bowl
- Apples
- Kiwi
- Chia Pudding
- Coconut
- Macadamia Nuts
- Nut Butter
- Smartfruit Harvest Greens
Preparation:
1. Blend apples, kiwi, and Smartfruit Harvest Greens and pour into a bowl
2. Add chia pudding. Chia pudding can be made at home by soaking chia seeds overnight in plant-based milk and some Smartfruit for flavoring
3. Top with nut butter
4. Finish fresh fruit slices, a sprinkle of coconut, a dash of chia seeds, and some hearty nuts

Blooming Berry Parfait
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Plant-Based Milk
- Coconut Yogurt
- Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
- Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Raspberries
- 4 oz Smartfruit Blooming Berry
Preparation:
Step 1: Chia Pudding:
Mix vigorously for a few seconds, 1 cup of plant-based milk with ¼ cup of chia seeds, vanilla extract, and let sit for 5-10 minutes, then repeat. Leave the mixture for a few hours (or overnight). Once ready, stir in some Coconut Yogurt (optional) and parcel the mixture into two portions: Add Maple Syrup or Smartfruit Sunny Banana to 1 portion (White) and a touch of Smartfruit Blooming Berry to the other half (light pink).
Step 2: Raspberry Puree
In a blender blend a cup of fresh or frozen raspberries with 2-3 oz Smartfruit Blooming Berry (dark red layer).
Step 3: Assembly
Pour the 2 chia pudding mixtures and the raspberry purée into your favorite jar in the desired order. Garnish with fresh berries.
