Cherry Pistachio Matcha Latte

 

A Cherry Pistachio Latte featuring vibrant matcha layered with creamy pistachio beverage, bright cherry purée, and smooth pistachio syrup for a balanced, nutty-sweet flavor profile. For a more traditional build, matcha can be replaced with espresso to create a rich Cherry Pistachio Latte variation with deeper roasted notes.

 

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz 1883 Cherry Puree
  • 0.5 oz 1883 Pistachio Syrup
  • 10 oz Pacific Barista Pistachio M*lk
  • 2 oz Sweetened Matcha Blend

Directions

  1. Add 0.5 oz cherry purée and 0.5 oz pistachio syrup to the bottom of a glass.
  2. Fill with ice for an iced version.
  3. Pour in 10 oz cold pistachio beverage.
  4. Top with 2 oz whisked matcha.
  5. Finish with 2 oz cherry cold foam layered gently over the top (2 oz heavy cream or non-dairy alternative, 0.5 oz cherry purée. Blend until thickened, and use)

* For the espresso variation, substitute 2 oz freshly brewed espresso in place of matcha. Stir before drinking to incorporate flavors.
